      Lots of options for progression as there are new clubs opening monthly. Good company to get into the industry.

      Cons

      As the company is growing so quickly it loses its culture and people who made it great. Not many employee benefits

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
