      Pros

      Company is growing at a rapid rate opening a lot of doors for internal promotion. Promotions are there if worked for. Recently made the oncall aspect of the job better. A decent bit of autonomy in the role.

      Cons

      Do not have masses of amounts of control of your own gym.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
