Pros

Puregym are incredibly supportive of you building you own business as a self employed PT and let you have a lot of freedom in terms of planning extra classes and taking part in planning charity events.

Cons

You are only employed as a Gym Instructor, your PT business is separate. you only get 12 hours per week as a GI, which is to cover your rent however in some places it doesn't cover the full amount.

Pros

The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

Cons

Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we do appreciate all feedback and are sorry to hear that you are not having a good experience with us. We can see that you may be working with us currently, so would suggest that you reach out to either your Regional Manager or your HR Business Partner who will do their best to support.
