      only 12 hours of work then self employed good equipment lots of prospects

      Cons

      self employed (need to sell) no clients for months sometimes no income for months very physical work bad sleeping pattern

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
