      Ambitious company, constantly pushing for growth. Opportunities to have your voice heard across the business. Early exposure ti senior management. Free gym membership at 365 gyms and well known company on CV Friendly office atmosphere

      Not enough WFH - 3 days per week in office Low quality of food at office socials Sick leave policy isn't great

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
