      unlimited earning, large client base

      Cons

      have to pay to work there? (uniform fees plus monthly fees) have to do shifts as well. they don't give you clients if you have no clients you don't get paid

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
