      Some members of the gym are nice, it was great teaching classes and doing what a fitness instructor is meant to do.

      Cons

      Now I understand why so many people come and go in this place. The higher-ups are like robots and expect you to break your back.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
