      Pros

      A good network amongst the company and team across the board. Can be an amazing place to work if you have a great regional manager.

      Cons

      If you have a high demand club there simply aren't enough minutes in a day to get tasks done. Poor regional management means a miserable work life. They set some unrealistic targets.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
