      Pros

      Due to so many sites there is ample opportunity to grow and progress within the company. This is of course up until a certain level. Have been with the company for 5+ years and I have realty enjoyed my time had a nice family vibe to it. Now all the old heads have gone

      Cons

      Large company. Most decisions come from central operations. Gym Managers don't have much say on how to run their clubs.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
