      Laid back environment and can be a fun environment to work

      Cons

      Higher managers don’t care about you, you just just a number and are asked to go above and below for very little in return. The possible of progression keeps you coming back but never comes to light

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
