      - Great team culture - No blame game - Good salary tiers - Self development support - Company mission is front & center - Upper management takes care of its employees - Awesome end of year awards party

      - Career progression can be slow (promotions) - Size of company can lead to some isolation - Innovation ideation and implementation needs improvement - Since Remote Working, Need more team building events & Socials

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
