      Pros

      The people & support element is unrivalled. I thoroughly love my work life. The challenges and opportunities are there for you to progress.

      Cons

      Sometimes tasks are needed with a very short turn round time, nature of the beast though. A few too many changes happen at the same time, perhaps could be more spread out in future whenever next changes come. Appreciate that we're always looking to evolve to stay ahead of competition.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
