      Pros

      The progression in this company are unrivalled. I joined as an assistant gym manager but discovered various roles in the company such as a Group Exercise Trainer which I do alongside my gym management now. There are so many routes you can go down in this company on the gym side and outside the gym.

      Cons

      The amount of gyms opening, it’s understanding to think that standards will drop as the company grows and you may feel like a number than an employee. This HASNT happened yet as we sit over 300 clubs but you can understand why I would think this.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
