Pros
I first started my journey with Puregym working as a PT/FC and thoroughly enjoyed my time during this role. I felt very supported by management. Having monthly business catch up meetings where they would provide guidance and support enabled me to develop my PT business . Managers having experience PT'ing themselves and running their own PT businesses provided great insight. Progression and the future is a big focus at Puregym and its very motivating to be around. There are many different career opportunities and options popping up all of the time. The team I work with are super supportive and always have my back. Working in clusters really gives a sense of team work and its great to work and be surrounded by like minded people who are also so individual at the same time, this brings a great mix of culture and experience to the table.
Cons
Currently do not see any downsides of working for this great company. No place id rather be.
