      Pros

      A lot of support from the management and current employers. It genuinely feels like you have a second family out there.

      Cons

      To be successful you're going to sacrifice a lot of time on the gym floor talking to people and getting rejected A LOT. So be ready if you're willing to start this career.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
