      - Free gym membership which is useful if you happen to live near one

      Cons

      - Poor work life balance and constant pressure from management - Half an hour lunch (which is stated in your contract) - You spend more time formatting spreadsheets and powerpoints instead of learning about the business performance

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
