      Good fun doing classes and taking clients

      Cons

      Horrendous treatment from the company. You have to pay rent which costs more than your pay so in essence you pay £150 per month or you get fired

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
