      Company isn’t in any rush to sort out wages if they are wrong, but still want you to pay the full rent on time even if they are the ones who owe you money so it’ll come out your pocket until they get round to paying you correctly.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
