      Pros

      It can be fun at times, classes provide a basis to assess your group and sometimes introduce modifiers for first timers, or those with limited ability.

      Cons

      If the class session is but a few it not inspiring and class attendees hardly employ personal trainers.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
