      Ability to progress in responsibility in a short amount of time. Great team members around you & great opportunities to progress from operations into central functions.

      Cons

      It can be quite reactive, so needing to work fast on your feet is a huge plus.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
