Pros
Colleagues mostly nice, that’s about it, very unfortunately. Salary is ok, as well as the healthcare fund for blue collar.
Cons
Crazy micro-managing, all departments basically in their own silos, no communication, very little cross-department co-op. Tools and processes mostly outdated. No commitment, apart from the middle-management that’s been in the company for 20+ years. Very chaotic everywhere you go, most of the production workers looking for another job, only thing keeping them is the salary. Basically all young people from blue/white collars leave in few years. No real possibilities to build a career, unless you are a native italian speaker or come from the graduate-program. Best decision of my life to leave the company.
