Middle management is treated worse than BC or upper management. Bonuses cancelled, 25% reduction in pay across mid management compared to company cars for upper managers. Mid managers get action items and targets to ensure that upper management can get their bonuses. I have never seen a company where as a policy bonuses are cancelled in the 3Q for entire middle management.
