Pros

Changes are constantly happening, so never boring to say the least.

Cons

Lean in the numbers of employees, so positions have more expectations.

Thank you for taking the time to review Prysmian Group regarding your full-time role with our company. As a global organization serving many different industries, we take pride in our ability to provide varying opportunities across our business - we think this keeps things exciting and engaging for everyone. One of the key reasons we can offer such a wide range of experiences is, as you noted, because we operate so lean. At times this can lead to high expectations, and our hope is that this does not come at the cost of work/life balance. One of our core values is “Excellence”, and we will continue to ensure that each individual on our team has the tools, training, and time necessary to excel in their role. Thanks again for your comments, and I will make sure that all your feedback is communicated to the leadership team

Pros

Some of if not most people are friendly and supportive. Okay-ish benefits. Slightly better than the average I would say. Flexible hours for flex40 and salary people. In my particular case, they are very flexible when it comes to doctor appointments and kids' activities.

Cons

Emotional and mental damage from a toxic environment. Gossip galore and everyone is eager to point fingers or say "not my job". Managers who literally yell and curse at employees. Everyone is overworked and underappreciated. Sexism runs rampant. Communication between mangers, departments, and floor operators is non-existent. FAVORITISM EVERYWHERE! Certain people are treated differently because they are "in" with the right people in management. No one is treated equally. The machinery on the floor is old and falling apart.
