      Anyone can be a manager which makes for unqualified ppl being in charge who don't know what they're doing. No support No real progression within the role Are contractors for other firms

      The job is not very stressful. You get to work remotely and it's easy enough to do once you know the systems.

      Cons

      Very, very low pay. You can get more money in standard data entry
