Underpaid - Underwriting Assistant Pro Global Employee Review

There are two pay increases planned for this year, as outlined in the recent companywide communication, as well as the annual performance related bonus due in the next few months (subject to eligibility.) Any further pay increases outside of those, are subject to performance and progression and therefore please raise any queries you may have regarding this with your line manager or if you would like to contact HR, they would be happy to discuss this with you.
