There is minimal transparency from management, which creates confusion and frustration across teams. Workload expectations are unrealistic, and employees are frequently pressured to meet deadlines without adequate support or resources. Work-life balance is poor, and burnout is common. Career growth opportunities are limited, with little mentorship or structured development. Compensation does not align with responsibilities or industry standards. High turnover reflects ongoing dissatisfaction within the organization.
