Business Outlook
Pros
As it's a mixed economy company in Brazil, you can only get to be an employee through a public selection process that involves a test. Because of that, the education level of the employees is relatively high. The salary is usually a little above market and it has (almost) stability. You'll only get fired if you commit a crime.
Cons
The company culture, specially among those with more than 10 years on it, is close to a inefficiently state company. A lot of bureaucracy and extremelly slow processes. Despite of that, it's still a government controlled company, so the goal of the company isn't simply to be profitable.
