Doesn't value the professional - Systems Analyst Petrobras Employee Review

Speaking for the IT, it doesn't value the professionals and it doesn't take advantage of what professionals know. It treats the professionals as if they were all the same and equally capable of doing anything. Everything is decided based on how it will look like to other managers, so everything has a political context and strong bias, may it be on the information they publish or the decisions they make. Sometimes they hurt the company so they don't look bad on the photo.
