Work life balance, decent IT equipments, office closure on the eve of major holidays, great office location at Raffles Place.
Cons
no room for career growth, very small pay adjustments that do not even meet inflation, bonus is not competitive based on Singapore oil & gas companies standard, manager shows little care and concern to staff and practices double standards and favoritism.
