Pros
Health benefits package was very rich, 100% employer paid and very rich coverage way above the market average. Other benefits such as 401K and time off were good too.
Cons
Poor leadership; pay below market average; too much gossip and drama; too many people employed but not doing their job; too many people hired and/or still employed due to personal relationships with decision makers; a lot of favoritism and personal preferences play a role in decision making for hiring, promotions, terminations, disciplinary actions, etc.; no room for change; rigid structure; old fashioned and old school in the way things are done; not enough autonomy to get job done or make decisions; headquarters is too involved in local businesses; a lot of corruption; too much wrongdoing brushed under the rug; no room for growth and advancement; no training opportunities and employee development.
