The management team fails in provide meaningful feedback to theirs teams as well as listening from the group. Individual efforts are hardly noticed and you are usually evaluated as part of a group. There is no real evaluation of the quality of the individual work for career advance purposes. The management does not thrive in stimulate a work environment for competitive, intelligence and hard-working employees, it's rather a place where people are recognized for better avoiding their tasks or taking credit for other people's work. The political turmoil in the Brazil took its toll in the company and all the planning had to be reviewed leading to disinvestments , cuts, budget reduction, neglected maintenance, among others.
