      Pros

      Employee discount on parts. Full time employement. There is an open communication between managers and employees.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry levels. Shop needs upgraded, however there has been some ongoing repairs and it appears the manager is supportive in updating the shop.

      Pros

      Consistent 40 hours. Slow at times.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Open 7 days a week, late hours, open almost all the holidays. Techs are always leaving because they are underpaid hourly. Co workers that are dishonest are not disciplined as long as they are making sales. Rude and entitled customers that treat us bad regularly. Customer is always right. Overall sadness.
