      Pros

      Great work start to know all the functions of a management position with no help.

      Cons

      Low staff. low knowledge training. Very low customer agreements. Customer is always right even when proven wrong.

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
