      Good benefits, competitive pay, profit sharing, 401k, room the grow or transfer to one of the many stores country wide

      Cons

      Associates get away with everything, never seen a place so many call outs of tardies ever. With no consequences I guess it don't matter anyway.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
