      days go by faster than other jobs

      Cons

      was jerked around for my raise for 2 months, asked to move up to the sales position, told no and that they were taking an outside hire even though they told me they would work with me on getting me up front

      Pros

      Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

      Cons

      Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
