      Pros

      Enjoy working for the company. Could be a good company again. Enjoy the automotive business and working in smaller store environment.

      Cons

      Your DM's do not look at the big picture and aren't changing with the times. Managers have to punch a clock.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
