      Pros

      Coworkers and learning from them Relaxed environment at my store. Geo was and is a great manager. Niles, IL District Manager, Chris, was also very professional, kind and gave positive feedback.

      Cons

      Not enough employees to fill the gaps so being over worked & working faster to keep up with demand exhausts energy as well as leads to over worked muscles leading to injuries.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
