Pros
You will work along a small friendly team that will become like family and work together to teach you the ins and outs of an automotive shop. This job will have you shadowing the service writers and shop techs. Its' all about how much you wish to learn.
Cons
Its' a more hands on learning job. Great those starting out into this career but just do not expect it to be textbook and someone holding your hand. You have to do your own research and have attention to detail when shadowing other technicians. Its a fast pace environment most days of the week and the customer wants their vehicle quick.
