      Pros

      Good place to work as long as you had a goo manager. I had a good manager and enjoyed my job

      No real cons except favoritism being shown to certain techs who got the better jobs and other getting the crap ones

      Pros

      Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

      Cons

      Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
