      The problem with pay and bonuses if you negotiate a salary part of it is based on what the area director anticipates what a bonuses should be just be aware. Witnessing and negotiated salary changed in a midst of a likeable person situation

      Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

      Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
