      You are given and learn on a dailey bases so much information on automobiles. And what a feeling of accomplishment at the end of everyday when helping service our guest.

      Some may feel it's a down side when you get a irate customer. But what a great time to turn a bad situation into a success.

      Pros

      Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

      Cons

      Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
