Great work/life balance, anytime I needed off I would receive it. I was payed pretty decently for being a cashier. All the employees are friends with each other and are happy to cover for you. They are also really helpful, anytime you had a questions someone was there to answer it. It was a Pep Boys family lol All the cashiers had an Opportunity to move up and become a manager.
