      The pay, 20% off parts, too bad I don't buy aftermarket parts!

      Uneducated customers that want smell like urine and have no idea what there talking about, managers that request you to mop the floor instead of getting real work done, under staffed, company is collapsing in on itself.

      Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

      Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
