Low pay after you figure how many hours "salary" is calculated. Work their full time people (Store Managers & Assistant Mgrs.) to death. Salary based on mandatory min 10hr days with no overtime pay. Salary Managers have to clock in and out daily. Never two days off in a row....and Mandatory work every SAT-even if you are the store manager and you have your store running perfectly.
