      Work life balance. We barely overworked.

      Cons

      Bad career path in my team. It is really hard to get promotion. In addition, company have old tech stack and toxic leadership managements.

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
