      Pros

      Growth is rapid. Onsite gyms and employees have opportunity to become shareholders. Hardly terminate unless you screw up real bad.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
