Must say they have some great employee benefits and good facilities , good pay master
Cons
I must say that PayPal has a very unstructured growth, there are no effective checks in place to evaluate a candidate's performance and employees are laid off and asked to leave without a valid reason. There is no job security in the organisation even the senior folks can be laid off overnight and there is no go to person in case of such atrocities.
