Mid level management is worse . Somehow top level management cant see this There is no motivation what so ever for employers . There is absolutely no collaboration across the teams.There is no common goal.too many changes introduced blame game that makes it hard for engineers to thrive Managers keeps getting promotions and they dont believe that they are successful because of team work .
