Pros

- Diverse employees including many who are deeply passionate knowledgeable about Paragon's products - Top quality products - Promotion from within - Generous employee discount - IT is fantastic and very supportive

Cons

- No windows or natural light in most work areas - Spotty HVAC in some work areas - Vermin in some areas (it is NYC) - Middle management is iffy -- some are wonderful but others not so much - Physically disorganized merchandise in some cases - You may be required to destroy merchandise that could be given to charity - Many employees are understandable just there to do the minimum, a few employees actively steal merchandise, do graffiti

weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
