      Great discount and great work environment and many opportunities to advance. You get to work with others that enjoy the same sports and activities that you do.

      Cons

      It's a busy store that has seasonal traffic. It's a huge speciality store that can be very hectic.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team

      lack of professionalism and structure
